These 5 points or principles are:
- Proper Exercise (Asanas)
- Proper Breathing (Pranayama)
- Proper Relaxation (Savasana)
- Proper Diet (vegetarian)
- Positive Thinking (Vedanta) and Meditation (Dhyana)
